Corporate Matching:

Many businesses will match employee charitable donations. If your company will match your gift, please complete your paper or online application through your employer. The street address to mail forms (if required) is:

• If you are supporting participants registered for the San Francisco AIDS Foundation: AIDS/LifeCycle, c/o San Francisco AIDS Foundation, 995 Market Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94103.
• If you are supporting participants registered for the L.A. Gay & Lesbian Center: AIDS/LifeCycle, c/o L.A. Gay & Lesbian Center, 1625 N. Schrader Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90028.

When received, matching funds will count toward your sponsored participant's fundraising requirement.

To make a general donation:

Visit the donation page for the San Francisco AIDS Foundation or the HIV/AIDS services of the L.A. Gay & Lesbian Center.

To donate offline (by mail or fax):

Print out the donation form for the San Francisco AIDS Foundation or L.A. Gay & Lesbian Center. (Both files are PDF and require Adobe Reader, which you can download for free). Fill in the participant information and send the form to the address listed.
