JOIN US FOR THE SOUTH BAY 2024 KICK-OFF RIDE – Sunnyvale, CA

You might be new to cycling or just haven’t been on your bike in a while. The AIDS/LifeCycle community and staff create the perfect beginner routes to kick off the training season. Connect with a community that will motivate, inspire and ride alongside you! These Training Rides are open to all, and all pace and skill levels are welcome.

This ride is hosted by the South Bay Blaze as part of their 3-Hour Tour training rides; carefully crafted route series designed to build strength, safety, and confidence before the ride in June. These autumn series rides are a great way for you to train to become ‘road-ready’ without being left behind.  All AIDS/LifeCycle official training rides are inclusive and safe spaces welcoming everyone, regardless of skill level or cycling pace. 

We’ll do about 22 miles on the bike, with only a little bit of elevation. We’ll work with you to adjust if necessary. Stick around after the ride for a mix and mingle potluck lunch!

Bring your helmet, water bottles, and any extra snacks you enjoy.
