Stretching / Mobility / Recovery
Please join us for a fun yoga and movement workshop designed to teach you the basics of proper pre-ride stretching, post-ride recovery, and mobility practices that will help you through our 7-day event. Whether you are a Cyclist, Roadie, or Volunteer, taking care of your body during the Ride is essential to preventing those pesky aches and pains!
This Lunge and Learn will be hosted by San Francisco AIDS Foundation’s very own Steven Andrew. Steven works as a health educator, is an avid cyclist, AIDS/LifeCycle veteran, and has been teaching yoga for a decade. Steven is excited to share tips and tricks to make sure you feel your best before, during, and beyond AIDS/LifeCycle!
This event is BYOM (bring your yoga mat/towel) and water bottle. Please RSVP as space is limited.
