84 miles, 3200′ of climbing. Meet at Townie Bagels at 6:30 am PDT, ride out at 7. This lovely lactic acid lucid dream is a great challenge to start our final month of training. We’ll hit Bogert, Cat Cove, Frank Sinatra, the 74 and La Quinta cove before we’re through. Plenty of pits along the way will help us stair step our way back to PS with a loop around the north end for extra burn. It’s time to HYDRATE the house down boots!! ALC Days 1 & 4 are challenges that this ride will help prepare you for! All skill levels are welcome! If any ride is too much, we will work with you on making sure you have alternatives to the entire route. You will have a great bike ride. That’s a win! And remember, safety is critical. We will be following all bicycling laws and regulations.
